更早的數字變更看來不可考了
我手邊有些早期的一般群組，上限是200人
所以TG從2013年8月22號，釋出的時候，群組上限100人

目前有印象的
2013/08/22，Telegram釋出 群組上限 100 人
中間曾經從 100 ->200 ->500 人
2015/11/26，500 ->1000 人
2016/03/14，1000 ->5000 人
2017/06/30，5000 ->10000 人
2017/09/11，10000 ->20000 人
2017/10/23，20000 ->30000 人
100到500就看看有沒有人手上能找到資料了
